Good looking hotel, great location, expensive with all inclusive option
The installations are clean and well maintained, the beach access is great right off the back of the hotel, staff was very polite
The only thing that I didn’t like is the infinity pool bar; i sat down there with my wife waiting for someone to even acknowledge us and that didn’t happen, later found out that it was closed on the pool side but on the other side they were serving non stop, a very sour spot in an otherwise great experience; a little more attention from the infinity pool bar staff would be appreciated.

Average stay
It was as the pictures, pools are nice. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was nice and accommodating .the beds and pillows very comfy. We had some mishaps and the staff was quick to attend.
I didn’t like the dinner buffets, I would have liked more activities around the hotel for fun. They have one sports bar that has some activities. We booked a swim up adult pool room it was not worth it, there was always kids and people in it. I could have paid much cheaper had a regular room. Also the check in and check out lobby was very hot and humid not a pleasant experience there.

This is luxury with good value
I really like the value for the money! When you get the blue bands it’s a really good deal you can eat wow! The Italian restaurant they have was the best
It just took a little while for the food to come out but that’s ok
