„Schön, aber nicht familienfreundliches Hotel
Der Strand ist atemberaubend Gegenüber ist direkt ein 7 Eleven Frühstück war sehr lecker Es gibt viele Pools Blick aus dem Zimmer traumhaft
Dafür, dass wir ein Familien Urlaub machen wollten, waren die Hälfte der Becken nur Adult Only und dies wird nirgendswo beschrieben Die Liegen in der Sonne kosten alle extra am Pool (30€ pro Tag) Scheinbar finden es alle teuer, da alle liegen ständig leer sind Schattige windige Gratisplätze, die nach dem Schwimmen nicht amüsant sind Zu unserem Pech war dann am Pool in dem wir als Famile rein durften durchgehend eine Baustelle mit super lauten Geräuschen die überhaupt nicht auszuhalten waren. Letztendlich ist das ganze Hotel nicht wirklich Kinderfreundlich, eher zu empfehlen ohne Kinder da man dann auch die Infinitypools nutzen kann

Im Allgemeinen Hotel war gut, um ehrlich zu sein, wenn du mehr Luxus willst, dann musst du ein anderes Hotel buchen um etwas teurer. Kurz gesagt… mittelmäßiges gutes Hotel mit mittelmäßige Publikum. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig für uns Europäer wie Mittagessen Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Also für die Leute, die nicht so viel Geld fürs Hotel ausgeben wollen, sind hier vollkommen richtig Personal war sehr nett
Die Fahrstühle sind sehr langsam und man muss auf die immer warten, einfach nicht genug für so ein großes Hotel Wir waren nur zwei Tage da und dann weiter nach Tulum gefahren aber ich denke die Lage etwas weiter ist besser als Emporio

„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Cancun.
- gute Lage direkt am Meer - alles ist sauber und gepflegt sowie die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet - gutes Essen - kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade nach der Beschwerde wg der Baustelle
- es gab am oberen Pool eine Baustelle man hörte das bohren am Pool sowie bei dem Restaurant wenn man draußen saß

„Super Hotel für langen Aufenthalt!
Perfekter privater Traumstrand, das Essen war Mega lecker und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, welches uns einen wunderschönen Ausblick beschert hat. Das Personal war Mega freundlich, die Lage ist super, ein öffentlicher Bus fährt 3 min entfernt durch die ganze Hotelzone und bis nach Cancun Innenstadt (kosten ca 1€). In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einen Oxxo, 7/11 Kiosk und einen Geldwechsler. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig gelegen, was uns gefallen hat. Jeden Tag gibt es abends eine Veranstaltung (zB Karaoke, Lichtershow, Arabische Tänze, Pokernight), die Pools sind sehr groß und auf dem Hotelgelände gibt es einen Starbucks, einen Shop, eine Apotheke, eine Bar und 3 Restaurants. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und es war richtig super!
Das Personal kann nicht so gut englisch, aber man konnte sich trotzdem verständigen. Es war grade eine Baustelle zwischen den Pools und daher war es laut auf unserem Balkon und am Pool, da die den ganzen Tag gearbeitet haben
